[ The Bow Light ]

Tension turned into form, bending the rules of light.

[The Bow Light]

A sculptural gesture, held in place by nothing more than tension.

The Bow Light finds its balance between floor and ceiling, clamping itself into position without the need for drilling or screws. This absence of mounting is not just a technical choice, but a fundamental part of the design. It allows the object to exist independently of the architecture, creating a presence that feels both temporary and precise.

Once in place, the metal naturally bends into a gentle arc. This curve is not forced, but emerges from the inherent properties of the material itself. It is here where tension and calm meet: a controlled force that results in a soft, almost effortless form.

A dialogue with the space

Rather than dominating the room, The Bow Light responds to it. Its vertical positioning creates a connection between floor and ceiling, subtly emphasizing the height of a space while introducing a new visual rhythm.

The light itself is indirect. Hidden from view, it reflects softly against the wall, spreading a warm and atmospheric glow. This creates a layered lighting effect, where illumination is felt rather than seen. Shadows are softened, edges dissolve, and the space gains a quiet depth.

Shaping light through form

At the core of The Bow Light is its adjustable structure. Two sliding metal strips allow the arc to be refined and adapted. A tighter curve creates a more pronounced gesture, while a wider arc results in a calmer, more subtle expression.

This adjustability makes each installation unique. The lamp is not a fixed object, but a system that responds to its surroundings and the intention of the user.

Material as expression

Available in brass or aluminium, The Bow Light reveals the essence of its material. The finish is not decorative, but intrinsic. Brass introduces warmth and depth, catching light in a soft, golden tone. Aluminium offers a more understated, contemporary presence, reflecting light in a cooler, restrained way.

In both cases, the material remains honest and visible. Nothing is hidden, nothing is added unnecessarily.

The result

The Bow Light exists at the intersection of structure, material and light. It is a balance between force and elegance, between precision and simplicity.

A line in space, drawn by tension.
A presence that transforms without attaching itself.
